Your bank balance isn't your money. Sweep tells you what is.
Know what's yours to spend today, what's coming next, and where every dollar should go. So you can run the business with confidence, not guesswork.
For Clarum clients. Set up and reviewed by your accountant.
You're profitable. So why can't you pay the ATO?
Your profit and loss says the business is doing well. The bank says there's money. Then the BAS lands, the insurance renews, and the money you thought you had was never yours.
Part of every balance already belongs to someone else. It sits in the same account as your money and looks just as spendable, until the day it's due.
Three questions every owner asks about cash. One app answers them all.
Running cash well comes down to three things: deciding where the money should go, putting it there, and checking it will hold. Sweep covers all three in one app, working from the same live numbers.
Model
"Where should my money be going?"
Gives every dollar a job, in order.
2 · RIGHT NOWTreasury
"What's actually mine right now?"
Sets money aside to match the plan.
3 · WHAT'S NEXTForecast
"Will I have enough when it matters?"
Checks the plan against the months ahead.
Why three? Plan, act, look ahead. Leave one out and there's a gap: a plan nobody follows, money set aside with no plan behind it, or a surprise you didn't see coming. Summary brings all three together on one page, with what to do next.
Plan where every dollar goes.
"Where should my money be going?"
Every dollar that comes in gets a job, in order. Tax first, then wages and bills, then what's left for you. Change the plan and see what it does before you commit.
- Budgets for the year, built with your accountant
- See how you're tracking against the plan
- Try a hire, a vehicle or a price change first

Every week Sweep checks your invoices, bills, bank and budgets, and turns what it finds into a short list of actions. Each one shows the dollars at stake.
- Invoices that are overdue, unsent or not yet approved
- Bills past their date, or not yet scheduled
- Payments Xero says are made that aren't in the bank
- Spending that's over budget, or not linked to one

Money in the bank. Profit on paper. Only one shows what's yours.
Most owners judge how they're going by the bank balance or the profit and loss. Both are useful, but neither was built to answer "what's mine to spend?"
Same business, same day. Example figures.
"How much is in the account?"
- The catch
- Part of it is already owed: GST, PAYG, super and tax.
- Time frame
- Today only
"Did we make money?"
- The catch
- It counts invoices not yet paid, and leaves out GST, loan repayments and equipment.
- Time frame
- Months already closed
"What's mine to spend?"
- The difference
- What you owe is already set aside, and upcoming bills are counted.
- Time frame
- Today and the months ahead

It's set aside, little and often
Small, regular amounts, so the money is there when the ATO or the bill asks for it.
Hands-off, or hands-on. Your choice, per account.
Sweep moves it
The amount is moved to a separate account in your name, automatically.
You move it
Sweep tells you the exact amount, and you move it when it suits you.
Your money never leaves your accounts.
Only your accounts
Sweep moves money only between accounts in your name. It never holds your funds.
Always the right amount
Every figure comes from books we keep, so it matches what we'll lodge.
A person behind it
Your Clarum accountant sets it up and reviews it. Ask a question in the app and it reaches the people who do your tax.

Questions.
Who can use Sweep?
Sweep is rolling out to Clarum clients first, set up by your accountant. If you're not a client yet, join the waitlist and we'll talk you through it.
Does Sweep hold my money?
No. It only moves money between accounts in your name, or shows you the amount to move yourself.
Do I need Xero?
Yes. Sweep works from your Xero file, which we keep up to date.
Is this financial advice?
No. Sweep shows what your own numbers say. For decisions, talk to your Clarum accountant.
